DM Series Spring Return Damper Actuators – Safe Control, Durable Performance
Havkon’s DM Series damper actuators are specially designed for On/Off control applications in HVAC systems, featuring a spring return mechanism for automatic damper closure in emergency situations. This enhances system safety and ensures full compatibility with building automation systems.
With torque options from 2 Nm to 30 Nm, the DM Series offers flexibility for a wide range of applications through multiple control types (On/Off, floating, proportional) and voltage versions (24 V AC/DC, 230 V AC). Its low power consumption, robust build, and long service life make it highly efficient during storage, transport, and operation.
DM actuators are ideal for controlling air dampers in ventilation and air conditioning systems within building service installations. They can also be used to operate butterfly and ball valves when paired with the appropriate mounting kits.
Thanks to their compact design, these actuators are suitable for installations in tight spaces. They offer universal shaft compatibility (φ 6–16 mm round and □ 5–11 mm square shafts) and shaft terminal connection for quick and easy mounting.
Advanced features such as independent timing adjustment, manual override, anti-rotation bracket, and power-saving standby mode ensure ease of use and safe operation
